According to Section 25 (c) of Public Act 93-552,
"the Department shall annually compile a report on
the outcomes and effectiveness of recapture
provisions by program."
Data for each reporting year will be available on June 1st of the following year.
Ex. for the 2004 reporting year, the recapture report will be available on Jun. 1, 2005.
